Board Of Directors

The KPEPC shall have a Board of Directors, numbering no more than the number of officers and committee chairs, each of whom shall serve without compensation for his or her services. Each member of the Board must chair a standing committee or shall serve as an officer. The Secretary/Treasurer officer shall also serve as Chair of the Finance Committee.
